Actual costs depend on your property, switchboard, cable run, chosen charger and installer. Always obtain a written quote from a Registered Electrician for your specific situation.

Use a Registered Electrician

EV charger installation is prescribed electrical work in New Zealand and must be carried out by a Registered Electrician, who should provide a Certificate of Compliance. Never have a charger installed by an unqualified person.

Installer information

We aim to keep installer information accurate, but we do not guarantee the qualifications, availability, pricing or workmanship of any installer listed or matched. Any agreement for work is strictly between you and the installer. We recommend confirming registration, insurance and references before proceeding.

An unclaimed listing is not an endorsement, and we do not pass enquiries to a business until it claims its profile.
